Frequently Asked Questions
Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (US only).
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and fees. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Standard Shipping $6.95. Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Next-Day Shipping $16.95. Orders will arrive in the next business days if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (can be used for billing addresses).
Expedited (Standard) $16.96 on order below US$150. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days. More shipping options at check-out.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging with pouch(es) included.
- Engraved and custom stamped items are non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
- A 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund if the item has signs of wear or damage.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once inspected, we will refund the item purchase total (shipping not included).
- Any items shipped back to us without a prior email confirmation will not be refunded.
